I've forgotten my Apple username

1.If you forgot the email address or phone number that you use with your Apple ID or aren't sure if you have one, you can look it up or check if you're already signed in to an app or service. To do this, please visit Manage your Apple ID.
2.Tap Sign In.
3.Select the Email or Phone Number text entry field and see if your Apple ID is prefilled on the sign-in screen.
If you're still struggling to find your Apple ID or if you aren't sure if you have one, you can also check if you're signed in to the App Store, FaceTime, or Messages on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or check if you're signed in to iTunes on your Windows PC.
To check if you're signed in on your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch:
1.On your device, tap Settings.
2.Tap your Apple ID account.
3.Tap Sign-In & Security.
4.Here, you will find the email addresses and phone numbers that are registered to your account, which can be used to sign in with.

On your Mac:
1.In macOS Ventura or later, select the Apple menu.
2.Select System Settings.
3.Select your Apple ID account.
4.Select Sign-In & Security.
5.Here, you will find the email addresses and phone numbers that are registered to your account, which can be used to sign in with.
Please note: on earlier versions of macOS, select Apple menu, then select System Preferences, and then Apple ID.

On your PC:
Please note: you will need the iCloud program already installed on your PC and for you to already be signed in to find your email addresses and phone numbers registered to your account.
1.Open iCloud for Windows.
2.Look for your Apple ID under your name.

Family Sharing:
1.If you're part of a Family Sharing group, you can ask a family member to check their Family Sharing settings for your Apple ID.

Check your inbox for emails from Apple:
Please note: if your email address is masked i.e. (me*****@icloud.com), the number of asterisks might not match the number of characters in your email address.
1.You may find your Apple ID in some emails from Apple. When you're logged into your email, search for Apple to see if you can find any information relating to your Apple ID.
