To block calls:

1.From the home screen tap Apps.
2.Tap Phone.
3.Tap menu.
4.Tap Call settings.
5.Tap Call reject.
6.Tap Reject calls from.
7.Tap the add button.
8.Tap New number.
9.Enter the desired number and tap SAVE.
Steps complete

To block SMS:

1.From the home screen tap Apps.
2.Tap Messaging.
3.Tap menu.
4.Tap Spam manager.
5.Tap Spam settings.
6.Tap Spam numbers.
7.Tap the add button.
8.Enter the desired number and tap SAVE.
